Engineer in Training (EIT)
- Assess potential construction sites, create drawings using computer-aided design software (CAD)
- Perform work under supervision, requiring the application of standard techniques and procedures
- Assist team in preparing civil designs, drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports
- Perform related field work and other duties assigned by senior engineering staff

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Ability to work in both individual and team settings
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to apply technical knowledge
Civil Engineer (Entry Level)
- Plan & Design site development projects (site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities)
- Assist in providing consulting services on a variety of projects
- Interact daily with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment

Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, EIT Certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in site design
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills and initiative
Civil Engineer (Mid-Level)
- Plan & design a variety of projects working closely with a multi-discipline team
- Apply a range of management practices with water, wastewater, and/or stormwater utilities
- Perform services on and off-site such as planning, condition assessment, capacity assessment, project management, etc.

Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, obtained/obtaining P.E. License
- Minimum 4 years' experience in civil engineering and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills and initiative
Professional Engineer
- Be the primary point of contact between project sites
- Provide detailed engineering design services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, design engineers, and field personnel to develop appropriate engineering solutions

Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- P.E. Licensure in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky or the ability to obtain said licensure.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role(s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and other related engineering software
