T. Shawn Campbell

Mr. Campbell, an experienced professional in government and construction materials, oversees daily operations, markets JWCI's capabilities, and serves as the primary contact and Project Manager. With over 10 years public service experience and expertise in engaging with local government and financing organizations, he ensures effective communication, collaboration, and timely project completion. Mr. Campbell also assists clients in securing financing and negotiating right-of-way or easements.

Greg Miller

With over 25 years at Jones Warner Consultants, Inc., Mr. Miller is a seasoned professional. He specializes in total station and GPS field technologies, overseeing field operations. Mr. Miller's expertise extends to designing water distribution and sewer collecting systems, as well as complex and non-complex roadway layouts. His project experience spans diverse design expertise, fieldwork, inspection, and testing.
